We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns

We want you to love your ONDRA products. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• To start a return, contact us at the link below

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
